4.2 You are responsible for paying any import duties or customs fees. Orders are shipped “delivery duty unpaid” from outside the United Kingdom, including from our partners in China. Please check your local rules before ordering.
4.3 While we do our best to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error after your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order. If we’re unable to reach you, we will cancel and refund your order.
4.4 We are not obligated to honour any pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel any orders based on incorrect pricing—even after confirmation.
4.5 Prices may change at any time, but such changes will not affect confirmed orders.
5. Placing an Order
5.1 Orders are subject to availability. If your order is accepted, we’ll send you an Order Confirmation by email. If any item is unavailable, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
5.2 A contract is formed only once we send the Order Confirmation. This contract applies only to the products listed in that confirmation email.
5.3 Items within the same order may arrive in separate shipments.
5.4 We may update or remove products, features, or content on the website at any time without prior notice.
6. Payment
6.1 We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
6.2 Discount codes or promotional vouchers must be valid at the time of checkout and used in accordance with our policies.
6.3 Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. You agree that we may share necessary information with these providers to complete your transaction.
6.4 You must use a valid payment method that is registered in your name. We are not responsible for any unauthorised use of your payment details.

7. Delivery
7.1 Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
7.2 Estimated delivery times will be provided with your confirmation. Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days, but delays may occur due to customs or other unforeseen circumstances.
7.3 You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges.
7.4 If a parcel is not received or collected and is returned to us, additional return or redelivery fees may apply.
7.5 Ownership and responsibility for the products transfer to you upon delivery, unless otherwise stated.
8. Cancelling or Changing Your Order
8.1 You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, the order may have already been processed or dispatched and cannot be changed or cancelled.
8.2 If your order has already been shipped, you may still return the item in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Faulty Items
9.1 If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
9.2 If the fault is confirmed, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund. We may require the item to be returned before processing a resolution.
10. Returns & Refunds
10.1 You may return any unused item in its original condition within 30 days of receiving it. All tags and packaging must be intact.
10.2 Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
10.3 Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
11. Vouchers & Discounts
11.1 Discount codes and promotional vouchers must be used in accordance with our current policies and must be valid at the time of purchase.
11.2 Only one voucher or discount code may be applied per order.
11.3 Vouchers and discount codes have no cash value. Any unused balance will not be refunded.
11.4 If your voucher does not cover the full order amount, you must pay the remaining balance using another accepted payment method.
11.5 Vouchers may have expiration dates and are subject to availability.
12. Acceptable Use
